I stumbled on this recipe for pumpkin bread after Googling ‘clean pumpkin bread’ (oh, the sophisticated way I find recipes!) on the Whole Foods, New Body blog by the lovely Ashley.
I was looking for a way to use the pure canned pumpkin I had picked up at Whole Foods in a moment of fall spirit, and this has been perfect.
It’s a completely clean recipe with the purest ingredients I could imagine, but the taste is AMAZING!! I think I may have stumbled on a fall snack/dessert even my less wellness-obsessed friends will like!
