I have been so pumped to hear your amazing feedback on the series we just finished, the Model Mentality! If you missed any of the four parts, be sure to double back and check them out, as we talked about everything from mindset to practical tips for long term wellness.
Today I have a bit of a combo for you: a mindset shift that is very practically helpful, and simple to do!
This is what I call ‘redefining the experience.’ It’s a term I came up with to describe how we can take a less-than-healthy activity and redefine what we enjoy about it so that we’re not missing out, but also aren’t dreading the negative impact it will have on our body.
This could be travel, eating out, parties or holidays, sports games, office birthday parties, and a variety of other occasions that often come with a bevy of unwise wellness choices.
There’s no need to go cold-turkey and avoid situations you enjoy altogether just so you don’t come out the other end bloated and unwell – you just need to redefine the experience you’re looking forward to in that situation!
